ZEON winches are available in 8,000, 10,000, or 12,000 lb. capacities and come equipped with either lightweight, easy-to-handle Spydura synthetic rope and a hawse fairlead, or durable steel rope and a roller fairlead. A large-diameter drum also means longer rope life. The unique rope attachment point is ultra strong.

All ZEON winches use automotive-grade busbars which replace unsightly wires for greater electrical efficiency, superior connection, and a cleaner look. The convertible control pack, equipped with a reliable Albright contactor, allows for upright or low-profile mounting options, depending on your vehicle. ZEON includes a premium wired remote with a 12’ lead. Full metal armor protects vital components from impact and damage. Plus, ZEON winches have twice the corrosion resistance of entry-level winches; rated to 408 hours in rigorous salt-spray tests. Full IP68 rating keeps water and the elements out keeping the winch reliable. Fast no-load linespeeds are 22% faster than our Standard Duty winches.
