The Philips Ultinon Pro3021 LED‑HL is a modern LED option designed to upgrade from standard halogen bulbs, offering brighter, cooler light with a sleek style. It throws out around 1500 lumens (±20%) on high beam and about 1000 lumens (±20%) on low beam for the H4 (~HL) type. The light is a crisp 6000 Kelvin (milky‑white / daylight‑look) which improves contrast and makes road signs more visible without being overly blue. It runs at ~20 watts, works on both 12 V and 24 V systems (so cars and some trucks), and has a fairly long lifespan of around 2,000 hours. It features an integrated driver (no big external driver box), and has a higher‑performance heat sink to manage thermal output. Note: it is not ECE‑homologated for on‑road use in many jurisdictions — meaning it’s often designated for off‑road or auxiliary use only.
