The Philips Ultinon Access LED bulb is a “plug‑and‑play” retrofit LED upgrade made to replace standard halogen lamps with minimal fuss, offering a compact design that uses the same base (IEC 60061) and footprint. It delivers a cool white light around 6000 K, with luminous output in the range of 1,400‑1,800 lumens depending on the bulb type, while running at about 12 V and 13‑20 W. The bulbs are designed to last about 1,500 hours, comply with electromagnetic interference standards (ECE R10), and are polarity‑free. However, they are not homologated under ECE R37, meaning they are generally not legal for use on public roads in regions requiring that, although suitability depends on local laws.
