Technology and design come together in a new and unusual aesthetic thanks to the exceptional flower shape around the tweeter membrane and also on the woofer and midrange speaker baskets. However, this luxurious design was not created solely from an aesthetic point of view. It is an expression of innovation that allows the acoustic refraction at the edges of the tweeters to be less pronounced and adapts to the speaker design. An analogy can be found in the new Rolls-Royce engines for the most modern aircraft, which have the same shape at the trailing edge. Exactly where the air exits and the main turbulence is created. With the new design, these engines have achieved great advantages such as a 10 dB reduction in cabin noise and a 10% reduction in fuel consumption. However, this is not just a coincidental similarity. The design of both the ESB high-end speakers and the Rolls-Royce engines is based on the same premise: to reduce unwanted sound characteristics at the edges of the speakers and engines, respectively, and to effectively direct the airflow outward. However, this is just one of the many exclusive technologies that you will find in the 9000 model series. It includes a total of six top-of-the-line individual components, two 2-way component systems and three 3-way systems, which will amaze not only with their sound, but also with their unconventional luxury design and exceptional materials.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 9000 series also features a unique UMA unit that incorporates both a tweeter and a midrange speaker. This special and exclusive component driver is a concept that dates back to the 1970s when it was a huge success in home audio. The aim of this unit is to concentrate the midrange and tweeters into a single virtual point, minimizing phase delays and irregularities at the crossover point. The speaker consists of a 25mm tweeter and a 75mm midrange speaker with a different dust cover to provide a midrange function (not a full-range) and not interfere with the tweeter frequencies.

The first thing you will probably notice is the beautiful design of the tweeter. However, it is not just an expression of Italian aesthetics, but has its own justification. This design allows for perfect dimensional stability and ensures that all parts are perfectly joined with very low tolerances, which reduces distortion and improves performance. The special shape of the front of the tweeter improves the reproduction to the sides, reduces reflection from car windows and creates ideal conditions for a wider listening angle. The membrane is made of lightweight semi-transparent silk, which is the perfect combination of lightness and strength and is probably the most suitable material for extremely realistic music reproduction today. The dome is impregnated with resin with integrated suspension and is made of one piece, which also includes the suspension. This significantly reduces weight and allows the tweeter to reach very high frequencies. The high-quality neodymium magnet of the tweeter ensures enormous magnetic force even after hours of use, when the tweeter will be hot. The voice coil is very light and can easily operate above 20 kHz, guaranteeing a fast transient response and a very natural sound. Also worth noting is the series of calibrated axial holes that connect the inner part of the tweeter to the rear chamber obtained by connecting the connector cover. This helps to lower the resonant frequency, improves ventilation and reduces the impedance peak, so the response is longer and more linear.

First you will come into contact with the beautiful CNC-machined aluminum center speaker grille. Under the grille is the unique center speaker diaphragm, which is made of vacuum and autoclave-pressed high-strength carbon. There is perhaps no more ideal combination of lightness and rigidity to balance the diaphragm’s deflections at low and very high frequencies. This technology is rarely used in speakers due to its price, but it brings enormous advantages in terms of natural reproduction and high dynamics during transients. The diaphragm is made of one piece without a dust cover, which brings incredible advantages in terms of dispersion and regularity of the frequency response in the upper midrange. The NBL rubber suspension is shaped to ensure very smooth movement with low yaw, which becomes increasingly controlled as the limit approaches. This also contributes to the fact that this speaker is extremely dynamic and capable of handling high power. The perfect connection eliminates unwanted resonances and deformations of the diaphragm. Even sound waves inside the diaphragm are dispersed much better than in the case of traditional suspension. In addition, the thickness of the suspension is differentiated to facilitate small movements and improve the overall sound of the speaker. The large neodymium magnet is resistant to high temperatures and is one of the most powerful magnets for a midrange speaker of this size. The magnet provides enormous magnetic force even after hours of playing and generates incredible driving force for perfect control of the coil, high transient response speed and allows for a significant reduction in the size and volume of the magnetic motor. The exclusive technologies of the 9000 series speakers include the TCA system. This controls the flow of air moving through the diaphragm and creates aperiodic damping resistance. This means that the release of energy accumulated during the movement of the diaphragm occurs in a controlled and rapid manner, without creating permanent oscillations. This contributes to a more accurate and faithful response to the sound source and to the accuracy and overall quality of the experience.
