ARB Portable Brushless Compressor Single (CKBLP12)

Product Description:

The ARB Portable Brushless Compressor Single (CKBLP12) is a next-generation, high-performance 12V air source engineered specifically for rapid off-road tire inflation and gear operation. Utilizing an industry-first maintenance-free brushless motor, this heavy-duty system completely removes wearing internal components like brushes and external relays, delivering a massive 50% increase in air output compared to previous market-leading brushed models. The self-contained unit produces a class-leading 130 Liters per Minute (4.59 CFM) of no-load airflow while drawing a maximum of 40–45 Amps under full load. Housed in a rugged, impact-resistant polypropylene carry case, this smart compressor features an IP67 water-resistance rating and an integrated electronic control module that constantly monitors performance to safely maximize speed and durability in punishing outback environments.

Product Features:

• Revolutionary Brushless Motor: Eliminates wearing internal brushes and traditional relays, significantly expanding the compressor’s lifecycle while removing regular maintenance requirements.
• Massive 50% Performance Boost: Delivers an impressive 4.59 CFM (130 L/min) at 0 PSI and 3.10 CFM (88 L/min) under load at 29 PSI for exceptionally fast tire re-inflation times.
• Smart Active Cooling System: Built-in motor and compressor fans regulate internal heat, keeping the system running at peak performance up to an advanced 90% to 100% duty cycle.
• Post-Operation Thermal Management: The cooling fan automatically remains active after you shut off the compressor power, shutting down only when the core components have properly cooled.
• Intelligent Electronic Speed Control: Constantly self-monitors and auto-adjusts its motor speed to maintain optimized airflow across extreme pressure shifts and harsh ambient temperatures.
• Polarity Correction Harness: Features specialized “goof-proof” alligator clips, allowing you to attach either of the blue battery clamps to either battery terminal without shorting the system.
• Advanced Voltage & Overload Safety: Integrated circuit protection guards the compressor and your vehicle’s power supply against harmful voltage drops, spikes, current spikes, or sudden motor stalls.
• Live Audio & Visual Diagnostics: Outfitted with real-time status reporting that utilizes onboard audio alerts and visual indicators to catch power or pressure irregularities immediately.
