Enjoy a new level of performance with Sony’s XS-GS1631C 6-1/2″ 3-way component speaker system. The package includes two 6-1/2″ woofers, two 3-1/2″ midrange drivers, two 1″ dome tweeters, and a pair of outboard crossovers. Each woofer and midrange driver features a rigid, reinforced special aramid fiber cone that delivers focused midrange definition and strong midbass punch, even during high-volume playback.

Distinct, clean highs

The separate 1″ soft dome tweeter will reveal the natural detail that your factory speakers couldn’t even hope to reproduce. Included external 3-way crossovers allow you to get cleaner highs and fuller lows by sending the appropriate frequencies to the woofer, midrange driver, and tweeter. Sony also provides mounting options, so you can install your tweeters closer to your ears to achieve the best possible sound staging for your car. 

Classic Sony design

If you’re planning on a custom installation, Sony includes refined, black grilles for seamless integration into most car interiors. Sony has also reduced the overall mounting depth, making this system a great fit for more vehicles. These component speakers are protected by the GS Series 3-year warranty, and they’ll handle up to 120 watts RMS – so go ahead and rock out.
